Jim Holler has over 30 years of law enforcement/public service experience which has allowed him to see firsthand the failures and successes of child abuse investigations and the degree to which the well-being of a child victim depends on the actions adults and professionals are willing to take. Mr. Holler served as Chief of Police for Liberty Township, Adams County, PA for 16 years and of those 8 years as Fire Marshal. Prior to his law enforcement career, he served as a firefighter for 23 years for Montgomery County, MD.
