Sexual Assault Victims' Bill of Rights
Those who experience sexual violence have rights given to them in Nebraska Statute. These rights and resources are available to victims of sexual assault even if you decide not to participate in the criminal justice system or you decide not to get a physical exam. These rights include those found in the Sexual Assault Victims' Bill of Rights Act and in other relevant law.
